Increasing cash collections and managing patient self-pay is a challenge for all healthcare systems. Traditional payment and collections methods can be a burden for both the Provider and the Patient. This case study reflects on the challenges the organization faced, the technology they implemented, and the success they have found with utilizing this new-age approach.
